  • Interior of last master carton – please show that the last carton is fully filled, that the products inside are the same as in all other cartons and the same quality

  • Thickness and structure of cardboard

  • Cartons size and weight - measure 5crtns (Carton size should be exactly the same as accepted by SOXO co-worker. Weight on carton marking cannot differ from actual one for more than 5%. Otherwise inspection is failed.)

  • Products size and weight – measure 10 pcs, for sets measure both box and the products inside, for underwear, socks, clothes please measure same as in documentation and put proper table with measurements below instead of filling this one (No size deviation is accepted for our products – they should have the same measurements as in our documentation. If there is any size deviation it can be accepted by buyer but you should inform us about it earlier. Maximum weight difference between accepted sample and mass production is 5%. If size/weight deviation will be above that, inspection is failed.)

  • 5. Function check and other required photos (type of required photos depends from type of product)

  • 1. Defects rate (Please put in table qty of found defects and short description. Accepted defects rate is as for standard inspection: critical – 0 , major – 2,5 and minor – 4. If defects rate is above that inspection is failed)
