External

  • All external lightbulbs working, if not, have they been replaced?

  • Smoking area swept?

  • All external lightbulbs working, if not, have they been replaced?

  • All external customer areas and furniture clean and tidy and in good working order? ie chairs, tables and banners

Front of House - Public Area

  • All lights on? Any lightbulbs need replaced?

  • Tables, chairs, Windows, and walls presentable and clean for service? No Gum, rubbish, dirty glass etc...?

  • All tables and chairs in good state of repair? All tables and chairs aligned for start of service<br>

  • Menus on all tables and in good condition? Replace/Wipe if not

  • All lights bulbs working and fittings in good condition?

  • All doors closers, latches and handles in working order?

  • Host station decluttered and cutlery ready, for service?

  • Is music on and at an appropriate level?

Bar Areas

  • Bar top clean and presented with all straws, napkins, and menu's?

  • Speed rails stocked correctly and pourers being used?

  • Fridges stocked to par levels with correct products?

  • Ice wells clean with no leaks and correct ice scoop being used?

  • All fridges working including lights?

  • Hand soap available at all hand wash stations?

  • All batches stocked and ready for service?<br>

  • All prep done for the day?<br>

  • Both ice wells set up and stocked for service?<br>

  • Bins emptied and ready to use with correct bin bag?

  • Bottle bins emptied and if really minging, cleaned?

  • All tills working and card machines working?

  • Pour test sheet completed for the day? (pour tests actually done not just signed off?)

Toilets

  • All toilet areas clean?

  • Hand soap and toilet roll dispensers full

  • All lights working, locks and flushes working?

  • Do toilets smell fresh?

  • Any toilets blocked? If so unblock before start of service

Cooksafe/Kitchen

  • Kitchen clean and staff in at correct time?

  • Cooksafe filled in correctly from previous night?

  • Fridge/Freezer temps

  • Delivery records

  • Cooked food temprature records

  • Prep list in place for the day?

  • Cleaning records/Daily clean sheet
