First Fix: Install Ductwork to ( MVHR )

  • 1: Ductwork set out to latest construction issued drawing.

  • 2: Ductwork spigots set out to latest issue RCP.

  • 3: Fresh air supply ductwork fully insulated.

  • 4: Exhaust air ductwork fully insulated.

  • 5: Ductwork clipping complies with DW144.

  • 6: Fire collars to be installed on ductwork where it passes through all 30min corridor walls. ( As shown on fire strategy ).

  • 7: Insulated spiral flex fitted to the 4 spigots within the MVHR cupboard with jubilee clips fitted to outer sleeve.

  • 8: All flex outlets connected to ductwork spigot with jubilee clip.

  • 9: All flex outlets to be covered and taped tight to the ductwork ready for second fix.

  • 10: Ductwork connected to fresh air grille.

  • 11: Ductwork connected to exhaust air grille.

  • 5: Flex outlet for cooker hood to be covered and taped tight to the ductwork ready for second fix.

  • 6: Ductwork connected to exhaust air grille.

  • 7: All materials to be returned to storage area and plot left tidy.

This inspection sheet confirms that the item or area detailed above is 100% completed in line with the current specification, drawings and pre agreed sample panels although still remaining Sub Contractors responsibility until practical completion has been achieved.
