Server is well groomed and professional, wearing uniform

W pin is worn and meets standards

Server greets guest with coffee in hand and offers water and/ or juice

Server offers guest a cooked to order omelet with the buffet

Server ask guest if they have any special requests or allergies

Server repeats order back to guest to ensure accuracy

Server demonstrates 2 minute/ 2 bite rule and makes sure the meal is to the guests satisfaction

Check presenter is delivered to guest with a W branded pen

Server refills and tops coffee, water and juices

Soiled plates must be removed within 2 minutes after all guests at table have completed their course
