BRICKWORK

  • Are cavities clear of mortar<br>(Take min 4 photos)

  • If mortar colour treatment is required, hold $2500 from final invoice.

  • Are perps and beds consistent in size...(NOTHING can exceed 15 mm incl internal corners) (take min 2 photos of worst AJ )

  • Hold either 1/4 or 1/2 of bricky invoice depending on severity
    Pull it down and re do brick work
    In extreme cases Offer client render to that area deduct from brickys bill (DO NOT USE THIS BRICKY AGAIN..
    Ask Accounts to hold all payments due to sub standard workmanship)


  • Are AJ’s NEAT (10mm) and clear of mortar in particular in the Entry and casual living...

  • Have them cleaned out before payment

  • Are AJ’s in the right locations to plan and continuous

  • Have the bricky make them continuous also Ensure spacing does not exceed 5 mtrs

  • Are weep holes clear and not too large

  • Have weep holes cleaned out without puncturing plastic before payment

  • Are mortar lines parallel to facia and gutter and Eaves

  • Determine what is not level Brickwork or Facia and fix it

CLEAN UP

  • Has the House and Garage slab been cleaned out

  • (Take min 3 photos)

  • Are the windows damaged or scratched?

  • Take min 2 photos of the Damage that has been caused and state what room of house

  • Has the Bricky removed the plastic from the windows (remind him plastic is there for his benefit)<br>

  • Ask him to do it ... if not have the brick cleaner remove the plastic as they are paid for it any way...

  • Are off cut bricks stacked neatly in a pile for bobcat pick up<br>Take min 3 photos

  • Are you clearing this job for full payment?
