This document lists the same items as the "standard" 6 monthly Health & Safety equipment checks.
In addition, the SAT Engineers extra equipment is listed on a separate "drop in" menu, which is accessed using a check box.
The document relies on tapping on the item to access "Pass Fail" options.
If an item has a "Service Life" the life will be shown alongside the item description.
Should item have a requirement for serial numbers to be recorded. This will automatically appear when "Pass" is selected.
If an item is replaced during the check, the new serial number should be entered.
Also included is the option to enter photography/media on some items such as ladders,where there might be some damage that needs recording, but is not sufficient to cause the item to "Fail" the inspection criteria completely.
Be aware that the Health & Safety Team can give advice on any items that are giving cause for concern. And should be contacted in the normal way.
When Completed, the document may be "Exported" Via E-Mail direct to Engineer, uploaded to a Dropbox account. Copied to your E-Files, etc in various file formats.
The default format is PDF, Though this may be changed by going into " Document Settings" and making any necessary changes to suit your preferences. -
