    o Is signage adequate and easy to see?

WORK PRACTICES

  • o Are pedestrians using a radio to communicate with the PME operator?
    o Is the PME parked in an area that is easy and safe to access?
    o Does the PME stop operating when a pedestrian enters the AAA after getting approval?

HOUSEKEEPING

  • o Trip hazards or debris evident?
    o Is the Worker attending to any spills, water, slippery surfaces?
    o Is the Worker(s) storing objects, tools, electrical leads or product in aisles, walkways and working areas that could pose a tripping hazard?

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT

  • o Is the Loader fitted with the appropriate equipment (camera, reserving lights, reversing alarms, and 10m signage)?
    o Is equipment available for a temporary AAA to be set up?

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

  • o Check Eyes & Face, Ears, Respiratory, Hands, arms, Feet & legs, trunk (is equipment being used appropriate, is it fit for purpose and in good condition)
    o Are electricians using electrically safe equipment and clothing?
