• The Permarock render insulation must be installed following the manufacturers install guide, setting out and staggering the insulation boards as per the drawing. All installers must have received on site training from Permarock.

Permarock Render base and top coat.

• The base coat must be installed as per the manufacturers recommended install guide. Windows must have 45degree stress patches over the corners on the openings. The mesh must be bedded into the basecoat and then levelled off. The basecoat must have primer applied and allowed to dry before the top coat is applied.
