  • Is the Salt Rimmer out of sight?

  • Are the bottle tops are covered with a single large piece of saran wrap. (Please say NO).

  • All sticky residue is wiped from the Well, glass storage, and bottle area.

  • On a scale of 0-100 rate the Service Bar.

  • Is the Garbage taken out?

  • Are "To Go" containers stocked?

  • Hankle bin removed and are behind it wiped.

  • Sauces, Ketchup, Cilantro, Aus Jus all on cart in back cooler?

  • Stainless Steel on the Expo Line (Salads included) wiped spotless?

  • Has the Floor been swept?

  • TV's, Heat, and Music Direction all turned off?

  • Area around POS terminals all clear of random items.

  • On a scale of 0-100 rate the Dinning Room.

L O U N G E

  • Are the grains of the high tops all aligned with the direction of the Bar?

  • Are the Napkins all perfectly aligned perpendicularly and horizontally with the grain?

  • Are the hightop chairs all in the middle of two napkins?

  • No trays / cloths left floating?

  • The garbage has been emptied AND put through the dish area!

  • On a scale of 0-100 rate the Lounge.

  • Is it sticky under the East Bellini machine?

  • Is it sticky under the West Bellini machine?

  • Please make sure the sides and tops of the Machine are wiped clean.

  • Is the side duty done? EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

  • Are the wines fully stocked?<br>

  • All drains have been covered (Not just plugged) with Saran Wrap and with a shot glass over top?

  • The beer taps have all been plugged and area wiped.

  • Has glassware been placed on top of the bar appropriately?

  • The bar top has been wiped to perfection?

  • Dishwasher has been shut down!

  • Has all open product been taken into the back cooler?

  • On a scale of 0-100 rate the Main Bar.

  • Nothing has been left unlabelled or undated?

  • Everything is Saran Wrapped

  • Loose fruit and other items have been cleared from below the shelfs?

  • All possible kegs have been lifted onto racking?

  • On a scale of 0-100 rate the Bar Cooler.

  • No trays, cups, plates, togo containers, bill folds, or papers have been left behind.
