  • If not, has the landowner agreed to a different position within 3M of the pipeline?

  • Do the Faceplate/Labels provide the most up to date and current information for contacting National Grid Plant Protection as per SSW/22?

  • Is the marker post in and urban or rural setting?

  • If M4 marker post, has this been installed to a depth of 0.5m? For reference there is a guideline depth line engraved on the white plastic.

  • If M4, are there other M4 marker posts within visible distance or at every field boundary?

  • If AMP, has an adhesive notice been placed at approximately 1.8m and 0.5m?

  • If AMP, has the No Dig sticker been installed at approximately eye level?

  • If AMP, is there another visible on the same pipeline in line of site or within 1km of your position?

  • Please take a photograph of the installed Marker Post or the position where the post should be and isn't.

  • Please enter any further information regarding the current state of the installed marker post, e.g.is the marker post straight and level, is the marker post visible or does it require further scrub clearance etc etc.....
