Core J

  • Core J stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • Mess room door is secure and pin pad working, lights all working, clean and tidy state, all facilities working. Also comms room is secured.

  • Plant area between core J and K is secured. Also parking bays marked no parking is clear.

Core K

  • Under the Core K metal stairway is clear if not take picture, ask relevant retailers to remove items.

  • G6 & G7 Lifts are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

  • Core K stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • Corridor is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.

  • Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Disabled toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks and intercom is working.

  • Customer toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks, no out of service cubicles.

  • Baby changing toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks, changing table is in safe condition to be used.

Cafe court area

  • Floor tiles are secure , if not tape is applied and reported to maintenance.

  • Floor is clear of spillages, if not cleaning department has been informed. Wet floor signage used if spillage is a slip hazard.

  • Mall areas are well lit any replacement lighting required have pictures taken and maintenance informed.

  • Core L Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Core L stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • Staff toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks.

Core B

  • Core B dry riser is clear of trash, magnetically held fire doors at core B are functioning correctly.

  • Core B upper and lower roofs are secure and stairwells are clear of obstructions.

  • P6 & P7 motor room is secure.

  • AHU9 storage is secured and clear of obstructions.

  • G2 & G3 Lifts are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

  • Area is clear of any trolleys or unattended items not in bins.

Core D

  • Core D stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • Generator area is secured and clear of obstructions.

  • Core D roof is secure.

  • Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Debenhams service deck area is tidy and no unattended items or packages in the area.

Core H

  • Pallets and cages are in correct locations.

  • G5 Lift are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

  • Corridor is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.

  • Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Full Core H stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.
