Staff entrance magnet lock is working and secure.
Disabled toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks and intercom is working.
Corridor is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.
All fire doors are held with magnetic door holders and working correctly.
Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.
Core K stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.
Core K fire exit doors have security blue tags attached and clear of obstructions.
Boots lift lobby shutter is opened unless they are currently using area for cash transport.

Floor tiles are secure , if not tape is applied and reported to maintenance.
Seating areas are clear of litter and any lost property.
Wet floor signage is placed if it is raining / wet outside.
Photo Booth is in service if not machine is switched off and signage is placed.
Boots manual doors working ok, not swinging out too far, securely attached to hinges, lock and latches working fine.
Boots automatic door working fine, doors are opening and closing fully and in sync, locks and latches are functioning correctly.
Boots court yard is clear of obstructions if not relevant retailers are informed to remove obstructions.
Queens road Disabled toilet is in an adequate condition, no leaks and intercom is working.
Portico area is clear of litter and obstructions, flooring slabs are secure, external walls and pillars clear of graffiti.
M&S manual doors working ok, not swinging out too far, securely attached to hinges, lock and latches working fine.
M&S automatic door working fine, doors are opening and closing fully and in sync, locks and latches are functioning correctly.
Mall floor is clear of spillages, if not cleaning department has been informed. Wet floor signage used if spillage is a slip hazard.
Mall areas are well lit any replacement lighting required have pictures taken and maintenance informed.
Core B dry riser is clear of trash, magnetically held fire doors at core B are functioning correctly.

All push bar fire doors at core B have blue security tags.
Core B magnetic door and pin code is working.
Fire path is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.
Fire path is free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.
Full Core A stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.
G2 & G3 Lift lobby is clear of obstructions and litter.
All Doors up to fire path shutter are secure, if not relevant retailers are informed.
