Upper mall Rotunda side

Floor tiles are secure , if not tape is applied and reported to maintenance.

Information desk is clear from clutter and litter, no unattended items or packages left at desk.

Wet floor signage is placed if it is raining / wet outside.

Rotunda manual doors working ok, not swinging out too far, securely attached to hinges, lock and latches working fine.

Rotunda automatic doors working fine, doors are opening and closing fully and in sync, locks and latches are functioning correctly.

Rotunda steps are clear of litter and obstructions, steps and flooring are secure, hand rails are secure.

Mall floor is clear of spillages, if not cleaning department has been informed. Wet floor signage used if spillage is a slip hazard.

Mall areas are well lit any replacement lighting required have pictures taken and maintenance informed.

P6 & P7 Lifts are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

Core B dry riser is clear of trash, magnetically held fire doors at core B are functioning correctly.
