Upper mall South corridor

  • Disabled toilets are in adequate condition, no leaks and intercom is working.

  • Corridor is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.

  • All fire doors are held with magnetic door holders and working correctly.

  • Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Core k stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

Upper mall Rotunda side

  • Floor tiles are secure , if not tape is applied and reported to maintenance.

  • Information desk is clear from clutter and litter, no unattended items or packages left at desk.

  • Wet floor signage is placed if it is raining / wet outside.

  • Rotunda manual doors working ok, not swinging out too far, securely attached to hinges, lock and latches working fine.

  • Rotunda automatic doors working fine, doors are opening and closing fully and in sync, locks and latches are functioning correctly.

  • Rotunda steps are clear of litter and obstructions, steps and flooring are secure, hand rails are secure.

  • Mall floor is clear of spillages, if not cleaning department has been informed. Wet floor signage used if spillage is a slip hazard.

  • Mall areas are well lit any replacement lighting required have pictures taken and maintenance informed.

  • P6 & P7 Lifts are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

  • Core B dry riser is clear of trash, magnetically held fire doors at core B are functioning correctly.

Upper mall North corridor

  • Corridor is well lit, any lighting require replacement has been passed on to maintenance.

  • All fire doors are held with magnetic door holders and working correctly.

  • Corridors are free from obstructions, if not relevant retailers have been asked to move the items.

  • Full Core L stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • G2 & G3 Lift lobby is clear of obstructions and litter.

  • Core D stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

Upper mall Debenhams side

  • Core C stairwell is in adequate condition, well lit, free of obstruction, step nosing secure and safe, hand rails secure and free of spillage.

  • Floor tiles are secure , if not tape is applied and reported to maintenance.

  • Mall floor is clear of spillages, if not cleaning department has been informed. Wet floor signage used if spillage is a slip hazard.

  • Mall areas are well lit any replacement lighting required have pictures taken and maintenance informed.

  • Seating areas are clear of litter and lost property

  • Core G magnetic doors are working fine.

  • P10 & P11 Lifts are in working order, intercoms are functioning, lights are working, no spillages inside.

  • P10 & P11 Lifts motor room is secured.

  • Debenhams escalators are in service.

  • Core G dry riser is clear of trash, magnetically held fire doors at core B are functioning correctly.
