Tank/s have been back filled to a minimum 100mm above ground level with sludge return pipe covered (if installed) NOTE: the join of the tank lid and wall shall be a minimum of 100mm above ground level
System operating satisfactorily at time of inspection
Air blower and specified pumps installed and operating
Tank lid has been sealed with fine cement or seals tic sealant
Irrigation area is as per approved plan with sufficient turfed area available for disposal
All electrical wiring is protected by conduit that is fixed to the tank and supported where necessary
Written certification provided from the manufacturer or the agent for installation of facility
