Camp Demobilisation Checklist

Has all maintenance been reported through portal for the Camp

Has NHVAS Daily Check Inspection completed and signed off by drivers

Has walk around inspection been completed and signed over the lead driver

Rooms left clean and tidy, personal belongings and rubbish removed from cupboard and from under beds

Clean linen packs made up in bags, stored in cupboard for each bed

Bathrooms clean and tidy, toilets emptied and lids closed, loose items packed away and cupboards locked. Toilet paper removed

No damage to walls, doors or handles.

All lighting fixtures secure

Are smoke detectors in position

Has windows been closed and window coverings secure

Has the TVs, Air Conditioner head units, Chair been strapped down in each room

Has generators been shut down and isolators turned off. All secure in generator rooms and free of stores.

Has all linen been washed and folded away in cupboards

Have all dryers been cleaned of lint and packed ready for transport

Have all the washing machines been cleaned and locked down ready for transport

Has laundry been left clean and tidy

Is all items stored in laundry secure

Has all food items been removed from dry stored and cleaned

Has all refrigeration been cleaned and are racks and shelves secure

Has all kitchen items been cleaned, wrapped and packed

Has deep fryer and dishwasher been emptied and cleaned

Has all benches, shelves and floors been cleaned and rubbish removed

Has all food and rubbish been removed

Are all draws and cupboards closed and secure

Has all refrigeration been emptied and cleaned

Has Ice machines been emptied and cleaned

Has bug zapper tray been emptied

Has all seats, tables, benches and floors been cleaned and rubbish removed

Is all items been secured ready for transport

Has all food and rubbish been removed

Has each trailer been packed with Potable water hoses, lay flat and risers, blocks and chocks. Grey water sprinklers and hoses to be stored separately to potable water hoses

Pack away walkways into rear of sleeper trailers and secure with strap

All loose items packed away and secure

Window shutters and power board door is closed and secure

Stairs / steps / Handrails packed away and secure

Power leads / Earth leads packed away and secure

TV cables removed and packed away

Starlink and TV dishes packed away

All potable water and sewage outlets have been capped

Earth stakes have been packed away and secured

Generator doors closed and keyed locked

Has all Camp signage been picked up and stored away
