  • Are all clothing departments size curved, colour blocked and replenished?

  • Does the stores flat packing meet all VM standards?

  • Are all surfaces dust free? (check fitting rooms, cash desk and rails)

  • Is the store in line with VM briefing on hanger QTY?

Prices, promotions and Security tags

  • Are all prices changes completed? (check the latest price change)

  • Are all promotions implemented with correct signage in the correct locations? (prominent high traffic areas)

  • Do all items have price stickers that are not damaged or faded? (check 20 items)

  • Do all items have security tags and are they tagged correctly as per VM brief? (check 20 items)

POS and Snake

  • Is the POS are clean and uncluttered?

  • Relevant stock in front of each POS unit as per VM brief?

  • Expired stock checked daily?

  • Is the Snake and the back wall of POS fully stocked?

Fitting Rooms

  • Are the fitting rooms clean and uncluttered?

  • Are there any security tags under benches or behind mirrors?

Stockroom

  • Is the stockroom neat and clean?

  • Are the shoes grouped and size curved?

  • Is the kitchen area clean? (no dirty plates, cups or uneaten food)
