Facility Management

Flow of Money

  • Close and balance all tills, ensuring no discrepancies in cash or sales.

  • Secure all cash in the safe, including tills and any surplus cash.

  • Resolve any cash discrepancies, or document unresolved issues for follow-up.

Before Closing

  • An announcement informing the customers of closing time is played 30-15-5 min before closing

  • First 3LM facing is okay

  • Organize and restock TG & Box

  • Check that all safety tools (HP/HT) available and charged.

Closing

  • The captain (or security guard) makes the store round, to make sure there are no customers left in the store (check all areas - toilets, fitting rooms, showrooms etc.)

  • The captain (or security guard) lets all team and service providers out of the store via main entrance - after that the main entrance is closed (to prevent anyone from entering) or someone waits at the door<br>

  • The captain with the security guard (or another team mate) makes the safety round - to lock all rooms outside (stand alone) and later the emergency exits.

  • The captain leaves the store keys in the key box - takes the night keys and closes the store
