  • Have steps been fitted to the caravan?

  • Has the decking been completed and checked for hazards? (e.g. protruding nails/screws)

  • Are there 2x gas bottles (if required) on level slabs?

  • Has a TV aerial been fitted and the signal checked?

  • Has the exterior of the caravan been cleaned

  • Has the pitch been left clean and tidy?

Health & Safety

  • Has the caravan been gas tested? (Certificate in place & in file)

  • Has the caravan been electric tested? (Certificate in place & in file)

  • Does the caravan have a working smoke alarm & CO alarm?

  • Does the caravan have a fire extinguishers in place?

Internal

  • Are all lights working including deck lights?

  • Are windows clean and free of stickers?

  • Is the cooker & hob clean and working?

  • Is water / hot water running?

  • Is the heating working and no leaks from radiators?

  • Is fridge / freezer clean and turned on?

  • Washing machine checked for leaks?

  • Dishwasher checked for leaks?

  • All beds made up?

  • Is there a pull out bed? If so, is it clean and working?

  • Flush lavatory, turn on water to shower and check for leaks.

  • All cupboards and wardrobes doors checked?

  • Check all surfaces, skirting, splash backs, edging and fascia's.

  • Soft furnishings and upholstery checked?

  • All fixtures and fittings checked?

  • All wall boards and ceilings checked?

  • All windows and doors checked? (Opened, closed, locked and unlocked)

  • Has the interior of the caravan been cleaned?

General

  • Manufacturer's handbook available with warranty information.

  • Are there keys present and what are the numbers?

  • Is an Inventory kit in place?

  • Additional sales items present?

  • Have all after sales issues been resolved?

  • Handover gift in place?

Maintenance Jobs
