Vehicles prohibited from accessing conservation area . Area clearly marked and signed for retention

Install temporary signage to restrict construction workers from entering conservation area

Trees to be retained are marked with coloured tape

Ensure no domestic animals, traps or firearms permitted on site

If clearing during Carnaby Black Cockatoo breeding season conduct habitat assessment to check nesting hollows (August to December).

If active Carnaby Black Cockatoo nests are located in the site do not clear until fledglings have left the nest

Dust prone areas adjacent to conservation areas are stabilised

Vehicles restricted to 40km/h to minimise dust generation adjacent conservation area

Machinery and equipment are clean prior to entry to site, a register log is used and signed off

The work area to be maintained in a clean and tidy manner (food scraps disposed of and bin lids shut) to ensure feral species are not attracted to the site

Erosion of conservation area adjacent to construction site is managed and not being affected

Visual observation of Carnaby Cockatoo vegetation beyond clearing boundary in good health. Vegetation retained does not look affected by dust generation or from construction activity
