As a Gazetted Fisheries Officer / Inspector with the National Fisheries Authority, I do solemnly declare that I have inspected the vessel and I am satisfied that all necessary requirement have been met.

I carefully and clearly explained the conditions and other requirements of the license to the captain of the vessel and has indicated that he understood them and will comply.

The License remains in force until the EXPIRY DATE unless sooner cancelled under the provisions of the Fisheries Management Act, 1998.
