AWARENESS OF THE PNG LICENSE CONDITIONS, REQUIREMENT AND PROHIBITIONS

b) As the Fishing Master of the vessel he will be charged for offenses under the Fisheries Management Act if found in breach of any of these conditions.

I carefully and clearly explained the conditions and other requirements of the license to the Captain of the vessel and has indicated that he understood them and will comply.

The License remains in in force until the EXPIRY DATE unless sooner cancelled under the provisions of the Fisheries Management Act, 1998.
