  • Trainer to verify trainee’s Proficiency Ranking
    1 = Beginner: Meets minimum requirements to safely operate the RTD in a production environment alone. May need frequent assistance with on job tasks.
    2 = Intermediate: Understands and is able to perform all job tasks with only infrequent assistance. Can navigate mine site safely even without Fleet Management System assistance.
    3 = Advanced: Experienced operator that understands all aspects of their job and does not need assistance or correction throughout operation. Would be considered competent enough to train a new hire.
    4 = Master: Operator is intimately familiar with equipment and job tasks. Able to explain all aspects of the task clearly and concisely going above and beyond expectations. Can no longer improve themselves through time or training.
