  • Fire extinguishers / hose reels are clearly marked and accessible?

  • Decanted chemicals are correctly labelled

  • Safety data sheets are available for all chemicals, within 5 years of issue?

  • Adequate lighting for task, bulbs all working

  • E stops are clearly marked and easy to reach by the operators?

  • All guarding is in place and in good working order?

  • Contractors have a completed JSA and had it signed off by a CCA employee

  • Permits for work at height, confined space etc, are all completed and signed

  • Electrical equipment has been tagged and tested within the past 12 months

  • Is there any racking damage noted?

  • Are pallets stored on racking correctly?

  • Are load specification labels present on all racking?
