Walls/Roof

  • Holes/leaks or sunlight visible

  • Split seams

  • Evidence of water stains/rust

Odors

  • Strong Odors (any odor present that might transfer to our product)

Doors

  • Doors open, close and latch properly

Accept/reject

  • Accept

  • Reason

  • Shipping tech signature

Product Customer Inspection Information

  • Was container clean? (Check for wood, plastic, nails, debris, etc.)

  • Was loading area free of contaminants (oil, dirt, wire, plastic, insects)?

  • Container Photos

  • Was picture taken of container?

During Loading

  • All packages free of damaged wrap?

  • Were packages repaired with clear packing tape

  • How many packages repaired

  • Record track numbers of affected packages

  • Were any packages observed to be damaged otherwise (edges, gouges, dirt, insect contamination, bottoms)?

  • Were packages downgraded in PTS and moved to repulp

  • How many packages downgraded

  • Record track numbers of affected packages

Upon Completion of Loading

  • Were copies of BOL/COA/Tally placed inside container?
