• Following is the final punch list for the above referenced project. All of the participants listed below have taken part and agree on the items to be completed. The list is the responsibility of Parkway Construction to track and insure completion of the “punch list” items for walk through. Upon completion of the punch list the superintendent and/or project manager will set an appointment with the District Manager/Area Director for a final sign off. The District Manager/Area Director is not expected to sign unless all of the items are completed.
