Verify all iPads, card swipes, and headsets are charging

At 6, turn on all lights, unlock front doors and patio door.

Switch system to Breakfast custom routing.

Be sure lean is on

Check prep levels to be sure they are not above half pans

Be sure dishwasher is on two minute cycle and temp for daily critical

Write in absences and tardies

Write up your board.
