  • Brew Tea

  • Assemble tea urns, coffee and lemonade dispensers

  • Make coffee.

  • Assemble and fill ice dream machine. Be sure to turn it on auto

  • Prepare and fill lemonade dispensers.

  • Fill tea urns.

  • Turn on drive-thru fan.

  • Make iced coffee. 1 up front. 2 in walk-in fridge

  • Cut lemons and oranges

  • Perform parking lot sweep & rotate menu boards to breakfast.

  • Check cheese and tomatoes to be sure they are below the line and there is none in the line fridge

  • Check Shake Base. Add red tray under shake base machine

Manager's responsibilities

  • Count Changes funds and verify tills

  • Put tills in drawers and change counters

  • Compare catering receipts and white sheets

  • Checking dining room trays, trash cans, wet floor signs

  • Verify all iPads, card swipes, and headsets are charging

  • At 6, turn on all lights, unlock front doors and patio door.

  • Switch system to Breakfast custom routing.

  • Be sure lean is on

  • Check prep levels to be sure they are not above half pans

  • Be sure dishwasher is on two minute cycle and temp for daily critical

  • Write in absences and tardies

  • Write up your board.

  • On Mondays & Thursdays, order change before 9am.
