  • Rinse drink drain lines with warm water

  • Check deferred and mobile orders to make sure end of day will close

  • Drive Thru Numbers up on board?

  • Check to be sure all outside equipment in inside and/or off

  • Be sure outside cart is plugged into a regular outlet, not an orange one

  • Bring in "Payment Cone" and Tool Chest

  • End of day completed
