Customer

  • Did you give the cheque to the customer(s)?

  • Are there any damages to be deducted from the customer(s) cheque?

  • Explain the damages if not already mentioned:

  • If there are damages, have you explained the customer that it will take 5 extra days for the deposit return?

  • Did you explain that if there are damages then any deductions will need to recalculated and the cheque cannot be given st the time of checkout?
