CityMX Employee Induction

  • Employees at CityMX are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that they have been fully inducted, trained and approved by the CityMX Manager before operating autonomously in their role

  • Taking full responsibility for their riding activities on site at CityMX and completing an MA indemnity form prior to riding on track ON ALL OCCASIONS

  • Ensuring that they are competent to perform the required tasks and that they are not under the influence of any alcohol or drugs, including medications that may impair their ability to work

  • Being familiar with the CityMX Operations Manual and its associated documents including the standard operating procedures for any plant and equipment, emergency procedures and risk management plans in place

  • Ensuring that all riders wear appropriate safety equipment at the CityMX facility

  • Issuing clear and concise instructions to customers and spectators when necessary

  • Controlling and coordinating emergency responses and delegating tasks

  • Complying with all relevant rules and directions in relation to the operation of the venue

  • The maintenance of the plant and equipment whilst it is in their use

  • Performing daily maintenance checks prior to operations

  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the CityMX Operations Manager or Duty Manager as soon as practicable

  • Correctly reporting of any incidents to the CityMX Operations Manager or Duty Manager

  • Reviewing the operational and emergency procedures of the venue and reporting any necessary changes to the CityMX Operations Manager or Duty Manager when required

  • Assisting the CityMX Operations Manager or Duty Manager with the internal audit of the Operations Manual and its associated documents

  • I (the new staff member)confirm that I have received a detailed induction on the skills and procedures necessary to work in my role at CityMX. I believe I am competent in the areas I have been assessed in and understand my responsibilities as an employee of CityMX
