Are there landlord arrangements needed to access the plant area? Include landlord contact details and any specific permits.

Are there any logistical issues with accessing the area, keys, stairs, lifts. Any issues with bottle/equipment route?

Are all packs on 404a? Identify gas charge for each pack or estimate and detail where possible.

What is the condition of the packs? Any notable concerns?

Are there any signs of liquid floodback? Attach photos and detail if issue.

Are condensers in good condition? Note any issues with coils etc.

If an express store, are any cabinets on EEVs. Detail any access issues to cabinets and valve make/model to replace seals on liquid lines.

Are there any alarms? Take a picture of the front end and number if any.

Any there any other rectification works required by tesco to be aware of before completing changeover?

Carry out leak test on plant and assets where accessible. Take photo with detector. If leaks found, detail where and advise if corrective work is needed by Tesco I.e. brazing or leak can be resolved by us during attendance.

Have core driers and zero caps been replaced? Attach photographs.

If an Express store, have solenoid valves had their seal and diaphragm replaced on liquid lines?

For stores with EEVs has the refrigerant type in controller setup been adjusted to reflect R448A glide? If no option to change to 448a, adjust superheats from 3-8k to 8-12AKV on controllers as per spec.

Check thermal expansion valves (TEV) suitability for operation with replacement refrigerant. Monitor and adjust as required to optimise performance.

Has the liquid level on the receiver hit the top of bottom sight glass? Attach photo and detail pack ID.

Has a leak detection test been carried out following works? Attach photo of testing.

Are cases down to temperature following changeover?

Are there any additional alarms following changeover? Attach photo of alarms at panel.

Has Stuart Mcleod or IMS been contacted to re-instate alarms?

Have F-Gas labels been attached to packs and blank fields dynotaped with information? Attach photo.

Have packs, cabinets & evaporators been traffolyte labelled with the new refrigerant? Attach photos. Remove old to avoid confusion.

Has pipework been ID taped to reflect new refrigerant (R448A)? Attach photo.

Update pack IDs on IMS to latest commissioning standard. I.e. pack reference, saturated suction temperature, refrigerant type e.g. HT01, -7, R448A
