Are operatives following Coronavirus policy and procedures? social distancing, required protection etc?

Health and Safety

Are the operatives working in a safe manner as per the RAMS associated with the works?

Are operatives wearing the required PPE?

Is the site clean, tidy and free from trip hazards?

Is the work area set up with barriers and signage to protect the public?

Are emergency provisions (First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Spill kit) available and in date?

Are the operatives trained and competent to undertake the works safely?

Quality

Is work being completed to the required standard?

Have operatives signed in with site and completed any permits (where applicable)?

Are operatives wearing NSS uniform?

Can it be evidenced that operatives are completing PODfather correctly? e.g. completing the Risk assessment section, taking photographic evidence

Environment

Are hazardous substances prevented from entering watercourses, drains or soft ground?

Are noise levels being managed to an acceptable level?

Fleet

Are company vehicles in good condition? Are materials and equipment adequately stored?

Has the site been left clean, tidy and free from trip hazards?

Are the operatives trained and competent to undertake the works safely?

Quality

Has the work been completed to the required standard?

Have operatives signed in/out with site and completed any permits (where applicable)?

Is the site representative happy with the works completed on site?

Can it be evidenced that operatives are completing PODfather correctly? e.g. completing the Risk assessment section, taking photographic evidence

Environment

Is the site free from waste or hazardous substances following NSS activities?
