  • Melters - Clean, restock and turn off

  • Empty ice cream spoon bin

  • Microwave - Wipe down and sanitise

  • Grinder - Remove beans and place in airtight container

  • Turn off all Fryers. Ensure main power switch is turned off. Savoury Fryer included. All lights and displays should be off.

  • Coffee machine - Clean trays, handles, jug rinser and underneath unit

  • Coffee knocker (bin) - empty and clean

  • Milk and drinks fridge - Clean any spills

  • Water station - Clean and tidy

  • Empty and wipe down all bins. Replace with new bin liners. Ensure no rubbish is left under liners.

  • Dishes - Clean and put away all dishes, crockery and utensils

  • Tables and chairs - wipe down and re set

  • Temp logs - Complete

  • Seating area - Sweep and mop (use correct mop)

  • BOH - Sweep and mop (use correct mop)

  • BOH benches - Wipe down and sanitise

  • BOH sinks - Clean, free from rubbish and taps off

  • Filled churro machine - Wipe down and glad wrap tips

  • POS - Cash off, count float and change bag - Complete FORM link - upload Photo of EOD

  • Fruit Report - Message Store Manager with how much fruit is in store

  • Toilets - Check, clean and re stock

  • Ensure all Fridges, Freezers and Displays are closed.

  • Final store walk through to confirm everything is done

  • Turn off Music, Lights, menu boards and any additional items.
