1. Confirms assignment on the VMU without undue delay.

2. Operator scans LPN and places label in a secure location for later use

4. Travels to pallet area to obtain correct asset type in most direct route possible

5. Travels to selected pick location in most direct route possible

6. Operator scans to verify location and pallet are correct before picking cases

7. Parks lift next to pick location aligns pallet with pick bay to reduce walking distance

8. Cut and remove plastic wrap as necessary to start pick

9. Operator selects and confirms correct amount of cases in smooth and continuous motion

10. Operator places cases on pallet without multiple touches or movements

11. Builds shippable ready pallet with one piece of wood

12. Selects all cases within two bays without moving equipment

13. Enters in picked quantity on VMU and proceeds in direct route to next pick location

14. If count back, operator accurately counts remaining quantity and enters in correct quantities

15. If inventory issues exist follow appropriate warehouse procedures to resolve

16. Once complete wraps pallet with 6 wraps and no more than 9, in a tight pattern from bottom to top

17. Places LPN label on top right corner of completed pallet

18. Proceeds to designated staging area in direct route depositing pallet in the correct lane requested on VMU

19. Scans the correct stage location to complete the pick and proceeds to next assignment in an efficient manner
