Pre Use Checklist

  • Safe Operation: I have read the Standard Operating Procedure and understand how to safely use the CNC Plasma Machine.

  • Correct PPE: Ensure you are wearing the correct PPE before operating the machinery. The correct PPE includes safety boots, safety glasses, hi-vis clothing, safety gloves and hearing protection.

  • Pre Use Check: Ensure workspace and walkways are free of any trip and fall hazards.

  • Pre Use Check: Ensure the Donaldson fume extraction unit is on and operational before beginning.

  • Pre Use Check: Inspect filters and replace them as needed to maintain air quality.

  • Pre Use Check: Ensure the machine is correctly set up for the current voltage.
