Licensed in terms of Hospital and Health Facilities.
Are the Ministry of Health & Social service Certificate visible and valid?
Are there records for Service provider Accreditation certificates from AHPCN?
Are record been kept of all employees accredited to AHPCN and Red tag system as for valid and up to date registration numbers?
Are there record and a certificate of good standing with Social Security Commission( SCC)?
Do the Company comply with the Tax laws and legislations?
Is it recorded and does it Comply for the country?
Do the Company have insurance and liability cover?
What different insurance and liability cover exist in the company and it safe guard the Company?
Medical mall practice?
Aircraft passenger liability?
Special equipment insurance?
Are there set parameters with certifications of all the cover?
Are record been kept for all vehicle registrations in Company?
Are yearly registration and PDP been done a per Namibia traffic laws?
Are there maintained record for each vehicle?
Do you have a Red Tag System as to verify driver license; PDP?
Are vehicles insurance current?
Are the Third Party liability insurance current and adequate?
To ensure all personnel are legally banded and registrar to work as Emergency Medical Practitioners in Namibia. Also to ensure system that record that all personnel have knowledge of Operational procedures and policies of the Company.
Are personnel files kept at work place?
Does member/s comply with Driver License and PDP as per Law?
Does Red tag system exist as to keep updated monthly?
Do their exist Professional indemnity insurance and do this comply with the Namibia laws
Are there provision for all personnel to have knowledge and to keep up to date of all Policies and procedures?( SOP; HR SOP and Health and Safety policies.)

Are their specific procedure to ensure salary queries to be handled before final salary date?
