  • Ensure split picks are understood and look for example .

  • To check weight called , say “ talkman backup” the system will call back the weight , if wrong , you call out the correct weight .

  • Do not pick crated meat products on top of cardboard packaged products

  • Vital to ensure employee has full understanding of rules regarding cross contamination

SIGN OFF

  • Does employee understand to consequences of signing off the system ?

  • Does employee know not to sign off for their breaks ?

  • Does employee know his allowed breaks and where to find the list ?
