Vehicle Preparation

  • Wash bay is clean and clutter-free, contains adequate supplies to clean and sanitize (towels, disinfectant cleaner)

Employee Interactions

  • Employees and customers not exceeding occupancy expectations and maintaining 6 meters social distance

  • Employees using face coverings, gloves when needed

  • Proper protocol used when exchanging rental tablets, driver's license and method of payment at curbside/delivery/exit booth

  • Wash kit (disinfectant wipes or spray and disposable cloth/paper towel) properly stocked and taken on deliveries if applicable

  • Vehicle returns are conducted properly, asking customers for gas/miles, keys on seat, emailed receipt

Facility
