Composite panels installed and fixed in accordance with specification & layout drawings

Roof panel joints sealed correctly with appropriate sealants/tapes (6 x 5mm butyl tape sealant and/or Gun grade butyl sealant)

Void between roof panels (Parapet) packed with fire resistant canister foam insulation.

Closed cell black foam filler
-
0.7mm Precoat steel flashing AL9002 Grey WHTE b/straps sealed with gun grade butyl sealant.

End laps, side laps, and fixings inspected

Roof penetrations sealed and weather-tight
-
Downpipes connected and free-flowing

Protective films removed from all panels

All debris and installation waste cleared from roof/gutters

Roof area swept and gutters cleaned

Snagging completed (if applicable)
