Section 1: Scope of Works

Section 2: Visual Inspection & Quality Assurance Checklist

  • SGV15P 20X9 PVC foam tape (or equivalent) fitted to steelwork

  • Internal Ridge installed in accordance specification & layout drawings

  • Gutters installed, aligned, and securely fixed in accordance with approved design.

  • Composite panels installed and fixed in accordance with specification & layout drawings

  • Roof panel joints sealed correctly with appropriate sealants/tapes (6 x 5mm butyl tape sealant and/or Gun grade butyl sealant)

  • Void between roof panels (Parapet) packed with fire resistant canister foam insulation.

  • Closed cell black foam filler

  • 0.7mm Precoat steel flashing AL9002 Grey WHTE b/straps sealed with gun grade butyl sealant.

  • End laps, side laps, and fixings inspected

  • Roof penetrations sealed and weather-tight

  • Downpipes connected and free-flowing

  • Protective films removed from all panels

  • All debris and installation waste cleared from roof/gutters

  • Roof area swept and gutters cleaned

  • Snagging completed (if applicable)

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty (Roof Panels)

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty (Gutters)

  • Installation Certificates

  • Roof Layout & As-Built Drawings

  • Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual
