Energy Control Program

  • Has CATS established a Lockout/Tagout Program for securing machinery and equipment and preventing the possibility of any stored hazardous energy during periods of repair, servicing, cleaning, and any alteration that may expose employees to personal injury?

  • Are all locations requiring Lockout/Tagout identified?

  • Have general procedures for Lockout/Tagout been developed for locations that have not been identified as having a specific need for regular or frequent LOTO?
