Marking

  • To progress to Gold you must have completed and passed all the tasks in the Bronze and Silver categories
    To pass Gold you must have all tasks marked as "A" by your FSM

  • A = Task completed to a high standard and no further action required

  • B = See comments to show where improvements need to be made

  • C = Task not completed to an acceptable standard

SELLING

  • Actively promotes your Business throughout the year through additional local advertising. This could include additional Door Drop Leaflets, Magazine Inserts or Social Media

  • Quarterly updated and margin driving business plan in place and tracked with FSM

  • Team engage in a friendly manner, promote the APP and are aware of offers and related lines

  • Offers Tastings if the Premises Licence allows, and try before you buy on non licensed products where there is an opportunity to increase sales

  • Visual evidence of actively promoting the APP. (Display of APP products, list of offers and POS visible)

SERVICE

  • Offers Click and Collect or can prove that application has been sent and received by Retail Support or Barclays

  • DIrect Debit payments are paid on time and up to date.

  • Store has full Vape With BB Solution and staff have completed all Ecig training modules

EXECUTION

  • Maintain planograms stored on FUSE to the best ability of the Store

  • Stores have POS relevant to Brand Activation and every Promotion, as per the promotional guide.

  • Store has new Facia

  • Implementation of Wow Deals are executed and communicated to FSM

  • Franchisee Sign Off as passed Gold

  • FSM Sign Off as passed Gold

  • Head Office Sign Off as passed Gold
