Install

PRE-INSTALL

  • Has contact be made with the Store Manager before the store has closed?

  • Has the counter top been cleared by Costa?

  • Provide photos.

  • Provide photos of the store before the install starts. (Existing menu boards, Existing window boards, General store layout, Counter top layout, ETC)

  • Is there any pre-existing damage that needs to be noted?

  • Provide photo evidence.

DURING INSTALL

  • Barista Screens - Provide photos of during the install.

  • Allsee Screens - Provide photos of during the install.

  • Other Screens if applicable - Provide photos of during the install.

  • Provide additional photos of the make good works including filling, painting etc.

POST INSTALL

  • Provide photos of the power install to the Barista menu screens including route and DB.

  • Provide photos of the data install to the Barista menu screens including route and data cab.

  • Provide photos of the Barista menu screens once install. (Front on view, Side view, Close up of frame install, Image showing content on screens)

  • Provide photos of the power install to the Allsee screen including route and DB.

  • Provide photos of the data install to the Allsee screen including route and data cab.

  • Provide photos of the Allsee screen once install. (Front on view, Side view, Close up of frame install, Image showing content on screens, Close up of gripple wire)

  • Provide photos of power and data install to any other screen type if applicable including Front on view, Content on screens, etc)

  • Provide general photos of the completed make good works.

  • Provide photos of how the counter has been left.

  • Provide photos of where the remotes have been left.

  • Provide photos of how the general store layout has been left.

  • Has the correct lock up procedure been followed and the store safely handed back.

  • Has all waste been removed and store left in clean state.

  • Provide photos.

REPORT SUMMARY - Note any actions that require confirmation.

  • List out items such as: Builders works / Unusual paint requirements / Difficult fixing methods / Access issues / Any other concerns (Anything posing risk to the build)

Electrical Testing

  • Was electrical testing required at this install?
