COVID-19 SSRA Site (Team-Daily)

Do you or any of your colleagues have ANY symptoms of coronavirus? i.e. Cough, Fever, Loss of smell / Sense of taste or shortness of breathe.

Can you keep a distance of at least 2 metres from colleagues whilst carrying out the work?

Can your site set-up ensure members of the public are kept the correct distance away from you and your colleagues? (Minimum 2 Metres)

Have you got the correct PPE? (Masks, Safety Glasses, Disposable Gloves)

Have you got sufficient stocks of antibacterial cleaning wipes/spray?

Do you and your colleagues work sharing enclosed spaces such as welfare units, site cabins and vans? (Whilst in vans / welfare units ensure the windows are open for ventilation)

Are all site personnel aware of the need to clean all surfaces/tooling before and after contact/use?

Have you got all correct COVID-19 signage on-site and erected? (2 metre distance, catch it kill it bin it, hands face space)
