  • Are hose reels free from obstructions and have adequate lighting?

  • Do reels have water supply (i.e. no supply valves shut off)?

Fire Pumps

  • Are pump discharge drains free of obstructions with no discernible defects?

  • Are signage and ID plate labelling legible?

  • Are pump water supply valves operational?

  • Have the pressure gauge readings been verified?

  • Are there no discernible signs of physical damage or deterioration?

  • Has the fuel tank level been checked?

  • Is the pump controller free of corrosion and indicators?

  • Has the pump controller status been checked?

Fire Sprinkler System

  • Is the control valve assembly free of obstructions?

  • Is signage in an appropriate location, legible and free of discernible damage?

  • Is fire brigade booster connection free from obstruction?

  • Has the sprinkler system interface status been checked?

  • Are the water supply stop valves open and secured?

Fire Extinguishers

  • Are there fire extinguishers located in at risk areas and evacuation paths?

  • Is there unimpeded access to the fire extinguishers?

  • Is there correct signage indicating location of the fire extinguishers?

  • Are all fire extinguishers within the pressure test date?

  • If any are out of date, please list type, location and last test date here.
