Underbody Audit (Complete on hoist)

  • Do the Jayco harnesses follow the path of the agreed master wiring diagram / underbody images?

  • Does the Jayco wiring utilize the factory earth point and an appropriate mechanical fastener is used to attached the wire to the bolt? (No wire wrapped around bolt)

  • Are grommets used wherever wiring passes through the floor of the vehicle?

  • Is the Jayco wiring protected by nude colour conduit?

  • Is the Jayco wiring secured using the approved 'P-Clip' hardware or fir-tree ties ONLY?

  • Is main electrical harness sealed at each end with TESA tape?

  • Are the two nude conduit bundles secured together as they pass through the vehicle floor grommets?

  • Have the holes/screws used to secure the wiring to the vehicle floor been rust proofed and waxed?

  • Do the water lines / pipes follow the path of the agreed master plumbing diagram / underbody images?

  • Is foam present between the water tanks (x2) and the metal securing brackets?

  • Are the drain connectors from both water tanks (x2) correct to the agreed master sample?

  • Are the breather hose positions, outlets and orientations in line with the agreed master sample?

  • Ensure the fresh water tank bracket is not fouling on the brake lines at the car forward location

  • Ensure the fresh water tank bracket not fouling on brake lines at the car rearward location

  • Is the fresh water tank level sensor wire is cable tied to large diameter black pipe to ensure clearance to the prop shaft?

  • Is the large bundle of water system piping (drain hose, breather, water line) cable tied together and neat in the north/south direction?

  • Are the hot and cold water lines dual P-clipped together at regular intervals in line with the master sample?

  • Are the in line water filters mounted same as master sample?

  • Have the holes/screws used to secure the water system to the vehicle floor been rust proofed and waxed?

  • Is the gas BBQ outlet point is mounted in line with the master sample?

  • Do the gas lines follow the path of the agreed master wiring diagram / underbody images?

  • Are the gas lines secured using the approved 'P-Clip' hardware ONLY?

  • Are the gas lines covered in sheath or conduit in line with the master sample?

  • Have the holes/screws used to secure the gas system to the vehicle floor been rust proofed and waxed?

  • Is the gas compartment drain pipe present, unobstructed and neatly finished?

  • Is the diesel heater access hole is covered and sealed using the large black plastic plug & flange?

  • Does the diesel heater black plastic plug have a bead of silicon sealing it to the floorpan?

  • Is the diesel heater exhaust mounted in line with the agreed master sample?

  • Is there seam sealer trim and rust proofing spray present on the aperture for the water manifold system?

  • Are the bolts on the sidestep assembly correctly seated and tightened?

  • Have the sidestep assembly bolts been rust proofed and waxed?

  • Is the sidestep wiring harness stowed and fixed correctly in line with the agreed master sample?

  • Are the mounting bolts for the sidestep assembly located centrally in the sill seam?

  • Clearance Check : Ensure spare wheel clearance zone is respected (1x palm width all around)

  • Clearance Check : Ensure prop shaft clearance zone is respected (1x palm clearance needed)

  • Final Check : Ensure all silicon used across the underbody is neat and smooth. No drips or blobs.

  • Final Check : Ensure all fixing bolts have wax protection applied.

  • Final Check : Agitate the underbody systems (electrical / water / gas) and look for excessive movement, rattle or unsecured componentry.

  • Loose Items : Are all bags & loose items are present and correct to the agreed loose items list?

External Audit (Complete at end of line)

  • Are the awning support brackets (front & rear) mounted in line with the agreed master sample?

  • Are the awning bracket moving clips free and able to slide?

  • Are the exterior features mounted to the van panel neat, fully sealed and free from visible rust proof paint?

  • Are the vehicle sills free from visible rust proof paint?

  • Are the external van panels free from excessive silicon sealant around features?

  • Is the toilet compartment sealed correctly to the body structure and the wiring neatly stowed?

  • Check straightness of exterior toilet door.

  • Is the plastic panel which mounts the car forward awning bracket flush with the main van body?

  • Are the side and rear OEM door seals free from twists and damage?

  • Look around the perimeter of each window from the outside. Is there any exposed metal panel van substrate visible?

  • Check the full exterior of the vehicle, is the surface free from any residue of masking tape or cutting aides?

  • Is the AdBlu plate present on the vehicle?

Internal Audit (Complete at end of line)

  • Are all of the felt window trim surrounds mounted correctly and without gap to the neighboring felt wall panel?

  • Is the felt finishing panel above the rear barn doors straight and without waviness?

  • Is the gap between the top of the cupboard assembly and the roof panel in line with the agreed specification? (x,x mm)

  • Are the cupboard drawers (all positions) visually aligned straight in the horizontal plane?

  • Is the gap between the cupboard drawers and the cabinet assembly in line with the agreed specification? (x,x mm)

  • Are the internal cupboard latches mounted sturdy with 2 screws correctly seated into the frame?

  • Is the floor surrounding the step cut out to 90 degrees and is the plastic ABS trim present and neat?

  • Is the skirting board around the bench seat cut neatly to 90 degree corners, clear of the seat belt buckle and free from damage?

  • Is the mounting bar and brackets for the dinette table straight and fixed securely?

  • Mount the dinette table in both available locations (inside/outside), is the table sturdy and robust when secured on the mountings of each position?

  • Is the seat belt fabric for the bench seat free from damage?

  • Is the orientation of all sky hatches / blinds correct to the agreed master sample?

  • Can the rear barn door exit handle be reached easily with reference to the rear door chair pocket storage position?

  • Is the shower frame fitment neat and secure with a good covering of paint? (no substrate visible)

  • Check the quality of the white silicon sealing in the shower. Is it neat, even and without gaps in the flow?

  • Is the shower extractor fan mounted securely, straight and does it operate without clash?

  • Are all of the interior windows clean and clear from any paint or adhesive overspray?

  • Check the quality of the cushions in the van. Are they all shaped correctly and free from damage or loose threads?

  • Lift up the mattress, is the wooden base cut neatly and the edges free from burrs and splinters?

  • Lift up the wooden electrical box cover for a visual inspection. Is the electrical architecture in line with the agreed master sample? (neatly stowed)

  • Is the microwave mounted securely and without rattle?

  • Check the quality of the white silicon sealing between the kitchen top and the splash back. Is it neat, even and without gaps in the flow?

  • Lift up the sink and gas hob covers. Are they mounted securely and without rattle?

  • General Check : Are all screw covers are present and fitted securely?
