  • Did the employee greet the guest? (knew the guest's name, smiled, said hello)

  • Did the employee make eye contact and communicate and ask a friendly question.

  • Was the employee employee smiling during the guest interaction?

  • Did the employee say "Thank you", or "See you seen soon" before the guest walked away?

  • Did the employee help the guest if warranted? How did the employee help the guest, add comment below.
