Is there a written and approved site procedure for personnel lightning safety?
Has it been communicated to the employees and contractors?
Has site identified safe havens (places with walls and roof enclosed on all sides or vehicles) for all work areas?
Are strike alert (or other approved) devices used to determine requirement for evacuation?
Have employees been evacuated for lightning during the rainy season?
