Cunningham Lindsey United Kingdom and Client Insurers: STATEMENT

  • I/We authorise you to appoint Oriel Services Ltd to arrange the building repairs to my/our property.
    I/We accept the offer from the Oriel Services Ltd approved repairer to carry out the building work for me/us, as discussed and agreed. I/We understand that costs in respect of this agreed work will be determined in accordance with arrangements already in place and that Insurers will fund this agreed work, less any policy excess, at pre-arranged rates as part of my claim.
    I/We hereby authorise payment of any monies in settlement of my/our claim for building damage to property detailed above to be made in favour of Oriel Services Ltd and agree that such payments constitute payments under the policy as if they had been made directly to myself/ourselves. Apart from the excess amount which will be collected by the contractor undertaking the repairs from me/us.
    This Mandate relates solely to payments due under this contract between myself/ourselves and the Oriel Services Ltd approved repairer. This contract is a private construction contract.

  • Please note that our policy excess payment should be made payable to the contractor and not Cunningham Lindsey, Oriel or your Insurer’s.
