  • Is the site box located in visible/close proximity to hazard board?

  • Does the site box contain fully functional fire extinguisher and first aid kit?

  • Does the sign in sheet directly reflect who is on site at the point of audit?

  • Is everyone on site wearing their high vis vest, jacket or polar fleece?

  • Is everyone on site wearing their (up to date) personal identification tag? Representative of each company?

  • Is everyone wearing steel cap footwear?

  • Is the site (in relation to work being carried out) clean and tidy?

  • Do the personnel on site carry a tidy and well maintained appearance?

Tools & Equipment Inspection

  • Are all electrical tools/equipment being directed through an nz/au 3012 approved RCD?

  • Are all electrical tools tagged with current safety tags?

  • Are all ladders and access equipment in fully functional working order?

  • If there are any which are not, have these been appropriately decommissioned?<br>

  • Does the foreman have all necessary tools or equipment to complete the job?

Health & Safety
