  • Pre Use Check: Ensure the blade tension is set correctly before use. **Never adjust the tension of the blade whilst cutting**

  • Pre Use Check: Test the emergency stop button to ensure it is functioning correctly before use.

  • Pre Use Check: Visually check the wiring for any signs of wear or damage.

  • Pre Use Check: Check the coolant level and ensure it is at the appropriate concentration. Refill if required.

  • Pre Use Check: Ensure the machine frame and structure are stable and in good condition.

  • Note: Keep your hands clear of the saw blade and work pieces when the saw is in operation. Stand 2 metres away from the saw when in operation.

  • Note: You must stand in front of the control panel when the machine is in operation. Only during loading/unloading of the material, you can be located laterally to the machine.

  • Note: Any point of the machine painted YELLOW should be treated as a danger area. Do not extend any finger or limbs into or beyond the vicinity of the warning labels.
