  • No finger prints or scuff marks on the front door, shop front, signage, lighting, window or paintwork.

  • If more than 5 lights are out, add to maintenance list and contact facilities manager.

  • Music is playing at correct volume.

  • Air conditioning is at an ambient level.

  • Check all staff apron are clean.

  • All fire exits are clear and extinguishes/alarms are not blocked.

MANNEQUINS

  • Base mannequins clean of dust free.

  • Correct sizes display on mannequins.

  • Shoes mannequins are clean.

MARKETING

  • Current POS in place.

  • Disposed old POS

CASH DESK

  • The cash desk should be for customer literature only.all other documentation and general mess should be out of sight.

  • You cash desk should have the following: Returns policy clearly displayed in a frame.

  • Gift voucher clearly displayed in a frame.

  • Should be paperwork free ( including diary's, scheduled, etc ... )

  • Your computer screen and key board should be clean.

  • No blue tag, stick notes or sellotape visible.

BACK OF HOUSE

  • Stock room free of rubbish and drinks.

  • VM area tidy and clean.
